You may have to manually update your account settings on your Mac. If you change your Primary email/Apple ID from Gmail to googlemail as per the last suggestion above, your IOS devices should automatically update themselves, but if they don't you will have to log in/re-create your iCloud accounts using either your address OR your ME.COM address.
